Anderson

AnMed Health Family Medicine Residency Program

A solo residency in an excellent community hospital, the AnMed program offers stimulating education in a noncompetitive atmosphere. The program's experienced faculty's special interests include: sports medicine, current procedures, OB, international medicine, community-oriented primary care, addiction and occupational medicine. Anderson is an ideal community to live and raise a family in upstate SC near lakes, rivers and mtns. AnMed emphasizes and allows for family well-being.


Charleston

Trident Family Medicine Residency Program

The Trident Residency Program is a unique educational partnership between an outstanding community hospital and a modern academic medical center.The Department of Family Medicine at MUSC was established in 1970 as one of the first university-based departments in the country.


Columbia

Palmetto Health Alliance Family Medicine Residency

Florence

McLeod Family Medicine Residency Program

A community based unopposed residency in a 371 bed regional referral hospital. Excellent educational environment with large patient population. 152 graduates, 100% board certified. Solid education in geriatrics, sports medicine, pediatrics, OB & practice management as well as intense in-patient care experience. Strong emphasis on procedures (colonoscopy, EGD, colposcopy). Electronic medical record. One hour from SC coast.


Greenville

Greenville Family Medicine Residency Program

During your family medicine training at the Greenville Hospital System in the beautiful city of Greenville, you will have the opportunity to care for many patients. Greenville Memorial is one of the busiest hospitals in the state with 700 + beds, a children's hospital a children's ER, the one of the busiest adult ER's in the state, 5000+ deliveries yearly, a Level 1 trauma Center, a NICU and a PICU. In our Center for Family Medicine, you will see your own panel of patients and learn the benefits of continuity of care. Our experienced faculty will teach you how to be a competent, compassionate physician prepared for any family medicine situation. Ask us about the resident that handled a tornado hitting the rural ER he worked in shortly after he graduated!


Greenwood

Self Regional Healthcare Family Medicine Residency

The Self Regional Healthcare Family Medicine Residency Program in Greenwood, SC is a community based program focusing on developing quality family physicians while providing outstanding patient care. All of the faculty are board certified in their specialty and hold faculty appointments at the Medical University of South Carolina. This allows utilization of university resources while still maintaining a small hospital feel.


Seneca

Seneca Lakes Family Medicine Residency Program

Seneca Lakes can be described as a program that is ""procedure-focused residency training."" Family physicians provide the training in C-Sections, BTLs, EGD, colonoscopy, LEEP, vasectomy and other procedures including treadmill testing. After the intern year in Anderson, SC, the last two years are essentially an apprenticeship in an office of 5 physicians with over 90 years cumulative experience in private practice.


Spartanburg

Spartanburg Family Medicine Residency Program
