Great Information on The Specialty - Not only will you receive great publications, you'll also get the award-winning American Family Physician Journal, Family Practice Management, and other communications tools from the AAFP. Many student members find these tools informative and valuable during medical school.
Leadership Development- There's no better way put your professional career on the fast track than with active involvement in your specialty's professional association. Involvement introduces valuable networking and learning opportunities, along with the chance to help shape the specialty for future students. Students and residents have the opportunity to serve both statewide and nationally with the AAFP.
